OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR THE NEXT CYCLE.
In partnership with the Montefiore Medical Center, we offer referrals to LGBT competent, sensitive medical providers who focus on comprehensive medical care for the transgender community. Our providers can offer: silicon removal, annual preventative screens, letters of support for surgery, and more.
The Youth Drop-in is a program for LGBTQ+ youth 17 and under to drop in Destination Tomorrow for support, for fun, or to talk about what's going on in their lives.
Learn how to manage your money and open an account with one of the account professionals at TD Bank.
This program is for providing services for mental health, employment assistance, and counselling.

A Group made for trans folks by trans folks with the objective of building solidarity, self-esteem, and empower people of trans experience. This group is will have guess facilitators and co facilitators with changing topics every week. This group challenges its participants to think outside the box and tackle life’s obstacles with an optimistic approach.
The Love Seat
HERE PARTICIPANTS GET TO CELEBRATE THEIR BODIES AND SEX POSITIVITY IN A SAFE CONFIDENTIAL, NO JUDGEMENT SPACE. Our objective here is to end the stigma associated with trans and gender variant sex practices, so folks won’t feel the need to turn to alcohol or substance use to normalize sexual experiences. In this group we also explore safer options for harm reduction for trans folks involved in sex work. Weekly topics range from “celibacy & abstinence” to bondage &kink ; harm reduction on an expert level (For the safety of our participants this group is only open to trans folks)
Healing Thru Art
Saturdays 5pm- 7pm
Art therapy for the queer community. Ranging from open mic & electronic art to a more traditional approach, sketching and painting. LGBTQ folks are encouraged to use the creative process of making art to improve their physical, mental and emotional well -being. Group facilitators Eli and Amari
D.T KiKi World
(13-25 yrs) Thurdays 6-9PM
A safe space for LGBT youth. KIKI World uses kiki ball culture to bring together youth from all over NYC for the sake of building community, and empowering youth through the dance art form ‘vogue’ the beats (music) and chanting (the art of commentating) facilitated by Precious Old Navy Ebony. This group is OTA!!!!!! Open To All
Bois Do Cry
(Group meets once a month at The BTC)
Destination Tomorrow's Project R.E.A.L presents: Boys Do Cry. A group created by trans men for trans men and trans masculine individuals to have open and honest conversations about issues we deal with on a day to day (not only trans related).
