   The Youth Services Coordinator will be responsible for outreach, promoting youth drop-in events and programming, as well as group facilitation for high-risk young people ages 13-24.   The Patient Navigator supports LGBTQ+ individuals in accessing, navigating, and remaining engaged in healthcare and supportive services. The Navigator serves as a consistent point of contact between patients, healthcare providers, and Destination Tomorrow, helping patients understand their care options, overcome barriers to care, attend appointments, and connect with appropriate resources.  

 The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing educational and community-based initiatives and events that promote literacy, English language acquisition, economic empowerment, and cultural competency.   

   LGBTQ+ Friendly Porter needed who will play an integral role in keeping shelter and premises clean and safe for all employees and our clientele. You are part of a team of Porters and will help oversee all cleaning, inventory/storage, upkeep of equipment and minor repairs needed while on shift.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the NYC shelter system, enjoys building relationships with landlords and community partners, and is passionate about helping clients navigate the housing process from start to finish.
