The Case Manager will be working under the direction of the Director of Support Services, conducting intakes, providing service plans and comprehensive case management services to members within the LGBTQ, individuals with HIV/AIDS diagnosis, homeless, and underprivileged communities. The ideal candidate for this position must be culturally sensitive and committed to working with clients from various backgrounds including those with serious illnesses, addictions, disabilities, and varying socio-economic levels. In addition, the candidate must be organized, have conflict resolution skills, and have a good understanding of government programs, support networks, community resources and working with a team.
