  The Executive Director of Operations (ED Ops) is Destination Tomorrow's enterprise infrastructure leader, translating strategic vision into operational architecture—aligning the executive team and building the internal capacity, accountability systems, analytics capabilities, compliance and risk governance frameworks necessary to support enterprise-wide excellence and sustainable expansion.  

 The HR Generalist is the operational engine of the DT HR function — the person who ensures all administrative work supporting DT's people is completed on time and that nothing falls through the cracks.  

    The Grants & Contracts Manager oversees the full lifecycle of Destination Tomorrow’s grants and contracts portfolio, encompassing both “Giving”—funding awarded by the organization, and “Receiving”—funding received by the organization.

This role builds and maintains the systems, processes, and governance required to track, execute, and report on all grants
