We elevate conventional healthcare, making our clients feel safe and supported and helping them understand their right to healthcare. Most critically, this occurs in an environment where they’re treated with respect and dignity. Our offerings include everything from HIV and Hep C screenings, to needle exchanges, to workshops exploring sexual and gender identity and how to give our clients voice to advocate for themselves.
Destination Tomorrow has an array of in-house and referral based medical/mental health services.
HIV testing – Available every Monday – Friday from 11am – 5pm. This service does not require an appointment, walk-ins are acceptable.
Syringe access – anonymous and free access to syringes. This service is free to the public and allows for unlimited syringes. This service is available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am – 5pm.
PrEP – Referral made to our partner agency Einstein for those who have been prequalified. Clients interested in beginning the process can complete a screener and schedule a time to come speak with our PrEP navigator.
Gender-affirming surgery- Appointments to top-notch surgeons in the NYC area who are well versed at gender-affirming surgeries. Our experienced case managers walk you thru the process of preparing for this life-changing procedures. Contact us to learn more.
Insurance assistance is also available to those without healthcare or have questions about the best plans for members of the LGBT community.
Primary care physicians are available, along with mental health screenings. Contact us for more information to schedule an intake appointment.
