Housing Programs

Housing

Destination Tomorrow acknowledges and affirms that housing is a core right for all populations, regardless of their background or identity. Access to housing is essential for overall health, safety, and opportunity. The center is committed to ensuring that this right is upheld for the most vulnerable members of society.

The center partners with the City of New York to provide housing services for both migrant and transgender and gender nonconforming individuals.

These populations often face significant barriers to securing safe and affordable housing, such as discrimination, economic instability, and a lack of supportive services. Destination Tomorrow aims to address these challenges by collaborating with the city to identify and bridge resource gaps.

Destination Tomorrow's migrant facilities are located in Long Island City and Chinatown and house over 1,400 people!
