New York State LGBTQ+ Mini-Grant Program Coming Soon!

Beginning July 17, 2026, eligible New York State-based organizations can apply for up to $15,000 to support innovative, community-driven programs that improve health equity for 🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQI+ communities.

We especially encourage applications from small and grassroots organizations, BIPOC-led organizations, multilingual agencies, M/WBEs, and organizations serving communities that have historically experienced barriers to resources and opportunity.

We're seeking projects that address Social Determinants of Health, including:
